10 lessons. The lesson is 45 min. The module is divided into 2 parts with a time allowance of 5 teaching hours for each part of the module.
Obsah a forma vzdelávania
Module 1 focuses on an introduction to liability relationships in cybersecurity, which will be discussed in more detail in subsequent modules, including European and national legislation, the relationship between cybersecurity and other areas of law, and technical standards. In addition, the module deals with legal responsibility, identification of responsible entities and analysis of responsibility relations at the national and European level in the field of cybersecurity.
Modul v sebe zahŕňa aj rôzne cvičenia, prípadové štúdie pre účastníkov, ktoré im pomôžu prepojiť teoretické poznatky s praktickými zručnosťami. Modul sa uskutoční prezenčne a/alebo v rámci virtuálnej miestnosti (MS TEAMS), kde bude zachovaný reálny čas interakcie a možnosť okamžitých otázok, diskusií a spolupráce medzi účastníkmi. Vzdelávanie v rámci modulu bude rozdelené na 2 časti s časovou dotáciu 5 vyučovacích hodín pre každú časť modulu.

- The concept of responsibility with a focus on the concept of legal responsibility. Definition of basic types of legal responsibility, their classification and differences between them.
- Basic principles of private liability. Basic principles of public liability in relation to cybersecurity.
- Administrative criminal liability (common and different features). Basics of administrative liability in the field of cybersecurity
- Basic principles of criminal liability. Special forms of criminal activity in relation to cybersecurity. Selected court decisions aimed at the legal securing of evidence related to the penalty of cybersecurity in criminal proceedings
Part 2
- cybersecurity, security of operating systems and networks, security and privacy on the Internet, Cybercrime. Forensic analysis and acquisition of digital evidence, malware analysis, encryption, penetration tests, red teaming
- The relationship between technical standards and regulation (including harmonized European standards), the activity of standardization bodies and jurisprudence
- Legal relations between the operator and the supplier of ICT services and products
