Širšie regulačné súvislosti kybernetickej bezpečnosti v kontexte digitálnych politík Európskej únie

Rozsah

10 lessons. The lesson is 45 min. The module is divided into 2 parts with time allowance 5 teaching hours for each part of the module.

Module 5 provides an introduction to the current policies and regulatory frameworks of the European Union in the field of digital space, focusing on their connection with cybersecurity. Participants will familiarize themselves with the basic principles of the functioning of the single digital market of the European Union (EU) and its legislative context. The module will further present key legislative acts such as the Artificial Intelligence Act and the Digital Services Act, while the emphasis will be placed on their scope and requirements in the field of cybersecurity. The final part of the module deals with the issue of hybrid threats and disinformation, especially from the point of view of existing legal instruments at the level of the EU and Slovakia intended to protect the digital space and democratic discourse.

Modul v sebe zahŕňa aj rôzne cvičenia, prípadové štúdie pre účastníkov, ktoré im pomôžu prepojiť teoretické poznatky s praktickými zručnosťami. Modul sa uskutoční prezenčne a/alebo v rámci virtuálnej miestnosti (MS TEAMS), kde bude zachovaný reálny čas interakcie a možnosť okamžitých otázok, diskusií a spolupráce medzi účastníkmi. Vzdelávanie v rámci modulu bude rozdelené na 2 časti s časovou dotáciu 5 vyučovacích hodín pre každú časť modulu.
