Two departments of the Faculty of Law are primarily involved in the implementation of the project, namely the Institute of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law and the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Forensic Science. Both departments focus on professional capacities in the field of cybersecurity regulation, privacy protection, cybercrime and related digital regulatory frameworks. Other experts from the fields of administrative law, international law, constitutional law and commercial law are also involved in the project. CUSEC functions as a dynamic platform for the exchange of information and best practices between experts, public administration bodies and the academic sector.
